1.Infrared Detection System
lEmploys a dual-analog high-order filter-driven infrared design, where all band-pass and low-pass filters in the signal processing circuit adopt a fourth-order elliptic analog filter scheme. This avoids noise generated by sampling errors inherent in digital filters.
lChannel Configuration:The carbon and sulfur analyzer comes as standard with 4 independent infrared detection channels (2 carbon channels and 2 sulfur channels), and can be customized to 3 independent infrared detection channels (2 carbon channels and 1 sulfur channel) according to customer requirements.
lDetector: Utilizes German-imported pyroelectric solid-state infrared detectors, featuring high-detectivity infrared sensing elements, finely structured high-efficiency infrared light chambers, quartz optical paths with a gold-coated inner surface, and high-order analog signal processing circuits. This significantly enhances the sensitivity and stability of infrared measurements.
lMotor: Equipped with Swiss-imported synchronous motors, driven by high frequency-stability crystal oscillators for continuous, fault-free operation of the synchronous chopper motor.
lLight Source: Adopts US original imported solid-state infrared light source, featuring excellent oxidation resistance and stable optical performance.
lTemperature Control: The gas chamber is temperature-controlled to maintain constant analysis gas temperature, ensuring measurement accuracy.
lProtective Atmosphere: The infrared light source and detector are maintained under a slight positive pressure with purified protective gas, isolating them from the influence of the ambient atmosphere to improve stability and measurement precision.

4.Catalytic Conversion System
lPrior to carbon detection, the analytical gas is routed through a copper oxide furnace, where CO is catalytically converted to CO₂. This ensures complete detection of both CO and CO₂ produced during sample combustion.
lConverts post-analysis SO₂ into SO₃, which is then absorbed by an SO₃ trap, ensuring pollution-free emissions.
