GNCJ-30 / GNCJ-50 / GNCJ-100

This tester is used to measure stress-rupture properties of various metal and alloy materials under high temperature. Tests are conducted and data are provided according to GB/T2039-2012, HB 5150-1996, HB 5151-1996 and other relevant standards.

It uses high-precision weights to provide constant test force, and PLC control system is provided for fully automatic operation.

To make sure the long time tests, redundancy designs are considered in both hardware and software.

This tester is used to measure stress-rupture properties of various metal and alloy materials under high temperature. Tests are conducted and data are provided according to GB/T2039-2012, HB 5150-1996, HB 5151-1996 and other relevant standards.

It uses high-precision weights to provide constant test force, and PLC control system is provided for fully automatic operation.

To make sure the long time tests, redundancy designs are considered in both hardware and software.

1. The tester complies with the standard for level 0.5 machines.

2. It has full automatic operation according to preset plan, without the need of manual operation.

3. It provides cyclic loading and cyclic changing of testing temperature.

4. Loading is automatically controlled by computer and PLC, and the loading tray is driven by a motor, with stable loading process. In addition, automatic heating, insulation and cooling is provided. Heating is completed in segments according to the preset program.

5. The lower fixture is driven by a ball screw and frequency modulation motor for fast or slow operation. It is easy to operate, without any manual adjustment.

6. The automatic leveling motor is PLC-controlled and has integral startup for stable leveling operation, thus without impact on the sample when the leveling motor is started.

7. The group control system is composed of 485 buses, and many testing machines are controlled by a single computer.

8. A touch screen man-computer interface is provided for parameters setting, temperature display and online operation.

9. Manual loading and unloading functions are provided to protect the machine and samples in case of sudden power failure.
