Combustion system:
Reliable and durable heating elements and combustion tube are adopted to achieve the stability of the heating rate and the accuracy of the temperature which is set according to the sample. Max. temperature can be 1550℃ .
Vertically installed resistance furnace can prolong the working life of the heating elements and the tube signifcantly;
The ceramic crucibles are used and noncontacted to the combustion tube.
Oxygen supplied steadily from both the gun and the chamber ensures the complete combustion of the sample
Open ?ow system is controlled accurately and stably by the unite of high precision electric ?ow control and the pump control technique

The design of maximum clamp current limit ensures the heating power is under control and safe.

Automatic sampling loading system:
Integrated automatic sample loading system can realize the batch analyses, Max.60 samples per batch;
Crucible position, sample load, sample analysis can be done automatically and the waste crucible can be thrown into the container after analysis ;
Positioning method combined with laser technique and mechanical design ensures the precise location of the crucible.
 
Infrared detecting system:
Full range linearized infrared detection system;
Flexible customized infrared system, Max. 4 independent physical channels can be assembled.
 
Application software:
Application software with powerful operation functions, full range linearization model; ?exible calibration modes; convenient and strong data statistical capability;

  • 1. The number and size of measuring cell can be selected according to the sample content requirements of users.
  • 2. * the analysis range can be extended to 100% by changing the sample weight.
Analysis accuracy and accuracy

Low carbon: RSD ≤ 1% high carbon: RSD ≤ 0.5%
Low sulfur: RSD ≤ 1.5%, high sulfur: RSD ≤ 1.5%
  • Note: the standard deviation shall not be greater than the standard deviation of standard sample; it is better than GB / t25214-2010 "determination of total sulfur in coal by infrared spectrometry" and ASTM d4239-2011 domestic and foreign standards

  • Note: the computer is connected with the electronic balance to realize accurate weighing. The sample quality is automatically transferred to the analysis software and can be stored in batches. If necessary, the sample quality can also be entered manually.
